We customize a web strategy to fit your specific needs and goals.
There is no “one size fits all” web strategy. We get that a small suburban retailer probably has different priorities than a large national nonprofit, and we care about each client’s individual needs. We spend extensive time getting to know your organization, your audience and your goals, then constructing the ideal web strategy for you. For each new website, we customize a content management system (CMS) that is a snap to update, saving you time and money.
We make websites that showcase your organization’s brand and voice.
We see your website as a continuation of the brand identity you’ve worked so hard to develop offline. We combine our web savvy with our graphic design and copywriting powers to keep your brand consistent from print to web.
We stay hip to web standards to deliver the best user experience.
Technology is constantly changing, and we keep pace with it to ensure your website meets current usability and compatibility standards. We have your audience in mind through each step of the design process, creating an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface that works on any browser, computer or mobile device. We’re not into distractions like Flash intros, animated graphics or loud sound effects; we just like good clean design that allows your brand to take center stage.

Cups Espresso Cafe Website
The website redesign for Cups Espresso Cafe, a coffee shop chain in central Mississippi, was a huge project. Cups has the distinction of being the place where we've spent many client meetings and work sessions. We set out to help Cups articulate its website in relationship to 1) its core brand and 2) the differences that make each location unique.
Many brands with multiple locations try to homogenize the experience between them in order to present a unified brand. However, Cups' strength is the individuality of each store: a location in a suburb will be very different from a location in the funky arts district. Each location is given its own blog to maintain its identity, but it is presented within the structure of the larger website featuring Cups' locally-roasted coffee, menu items and thoughts from the roaster.
In addition, the site is performing incredibly well on Google, with strong keyword entrances and super-low bounce rates.
This site was completed with web programming by Vince Falconi, and photography by Tom Beck of Beck Photographic.
